Something Worth Sharing

2008

Most of you have shared our tears of sorrow and hurt over the past four years.  We have weathered many storms and climbed tall mountains.  We have suffered heartache beyond belief with both our son and daughter.  Our precious daughter has suffered the most through our long ordeal through the court system.  She was diagnosed with Post Tramatic Stress Disorder ten months after Trey died.  I can't begin to tell you how many medications the doctors have had her own and as a result she chose an alternative drug that led her to addiction problems. We have prayed long and hard for God to heal her mind and to bring her back to us.  A month ago a coworker shared a company that sells vitamins called True Hope.  These vitamins have been our answer to our many prayers.  Hannah after four weeks is now off all of the drugs that her Doctor had her taking and is strictly taking vitamins!  Praise God - she has made a complete turn around.  She shows progress daily! It has been the most amazing progress I have ever seen.  If you know of someone who is having mental issues or know of a child diagnosed with  bipolar or ADHD - please tell them about this website www.truehope.com or contact me and I will mail them information and a DVD.  Thank you for your many prayers and may God richly bless each of you.

Blessings,

Julie

Scriptures

Praise be to God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God. (2 Corinthians 1:3-4)

Praise be to the Lord, to God our Savior, who daily bears our burdens. (Psalms 68:19)

And we know that in ALL things God works for the good of those who love Him and who have been called according to His purpose. (Romans 8:28)

You will be sorrowful, but your sorrow will be turned into joy. (John 16:20)

Therefore let us draw near with confidence to the throne of grace, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need. (Hebrews 4:16)

The righteous pass away; the Godly often die before their time..no one seems to understand that God is protecting them from evil to come. For the godly who die will rest in peace (Isaiah 57:1-2)

We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed. (2 Cor. 4:8-9)

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come! (2 Cor. 5:17)

Many are the woes of the wicked, but the Lord's unfailing love surrounds the man who trusts in Him.  (Psalm 32:5)

Let your light so shine before men...(Matt. 5:16)

Psalms 23

Come to Me, all you who are weary & burdened, and I will give you rest.  (Matt. 11:28)

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. (Phil 4:13)

With God all things are possible. (Matt 19:26)

Trust in the Lord with All your heart and not your own judgments, let Him lead you and He will clear a path for you to follow. (Prov. 3:5-6)

And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Mostly gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. (2 Cor. 12:9)

But as it is written: "Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him."  (1 Cor. 2:9)

Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." (Matt. 11:29)

"You will be sorrowful, but your sorrow will be turned into joy." (John 16:20)

"I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you." (John 14:18)

But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint. (Isaiah 40:31)

"Everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened." (Matt. 7:8)

"For with God nothing  will be impossible." (Luke 1:37)

"The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy.  I have come that they may have it more abundantly."  (John 10:10)

He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.  (Psalm 91:1)

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.  (Philippians 4:6)
